Hello, We just flew Frontier Airlines out of Phoenix, and it was a good experience all around. The Frontier Airlines PHX Terminal was crowded but simple to navigate with good signs. We checked in online, and checking our bags was easy. The crew were friendly and accommodating, particularly with seat assignments. Security was quick, and we arrived at the gate with no problem. The terminal was well enough furnished, although it filled up close to boarding time. A hassle-free experience, given Frontier's reputation for being no-frills.
