I'm one of 305 certified Portfolio Management Professional proficient over the world, I am also certified PMP (Project Management professional,) PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) and PRINCE2 (Project in control environment).

I’m PMP, Primavera P6 professional Ms Project instructor with more than ten years of professional experience, and strong experience on project management mainly in construction, especially in factories, infrastructure and buildings. I worked for the important companies as CETS, DANFODIO, DAL Property, Kenana Engineering and technical Services in one of its projects which was US 1.3 billion dollar. Nowadays I'm working in my own consultancy company at the National Club Project.

I have been Chosen to be in the 4 members of KETS team who are managing Kenana PMO which is managing 83 projects, 6 mega projects, we are providing supporting and consulting to PMs:

Achievements:

-       Developed and maintaining a Spreadsheet to track all projects through the phases, and track the cost (Budgeted, committed and actual paid).

-       Developed and maintaining a BOQ database which helped our KPMO team in better cost estimating for the projects, and PMs in more accurate engineer estimates.

-       Developing with the strategic planning department Budget 13-14 for CAPEX new project and CAPEX replacement project for KSC.

Position: Project Planner (April 2012 - February 2013)

The projects that I have participated in are:

·         El-Rammash Sugar Project (Cost: 385 million US Dollar)

·         Redais Sugar Project (Cost: 975 million US Dollar)

·         Mauritania Sugar Project (Cost: 485 million US Dollar)

Achievements:

-          One of the 7 members Developed and implemented Project Delivery System which has been developed to based on the PMI Standard, conduct regular project management related researches and perform comprehensive assessment of the Project Delivery System processes and procedures through active participation and support of the periodical reviews to ensure continuous improvement of the departmental internal systems.

-          Developed the procedure of charging the client from the rate of resources in program schedule for each task to deliverable orient cost which leads the finance team to clear payment charging on each product handed over to the client.

Achievements:

-          Developed and maintained a document DLLD, which track data reach the designer from the manufacturer, when and the drawing submitted and approved, and construction is completed and handed-over on which date to the erection team etc, which helped the project team to assess, dealing, approving and rejecting a lot of raised claims
